Payment Policy Notice:

Card Payments: A surcharge will be applied to all transactions made via card payment methods. (NO AMEX)

Cash Payments: Enjoy a $5 discount when you book 60 mins session or more. (From Regular price* and can not apply with claim private health insurances*)


Membership Program allow you to redeem all of services. However, it cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.

Gift card online allow you to redeem all of services excluding cash promotion. Please leave your code in appointment note when you complete the booking.

Physical Gift certificate
allow you to redeem all of services excluding cash promotion. You can book any session online and redeem your gift certificate when you arriving at the clinic.

*Please be informed that on all public holidays, NO public holiday surcharge or weekend surcharge. Effective immediately, we will be waiving all public holiday surcharges and weekend surcharges for all of our services. Reschedule and Cancellation:
Reschedule Policy: We understand that sometimes life changes unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for availability. Fee: If rescheduling is requested within the same day of your appointment, a rescheduling fee of $50 may apply.


Cancellation Notice: Please notify us of any cancellations at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within the same day of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $50 of the appointment cost.

No-Show Fee: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a full no-show fee of full amount of your appointment will be charged. It will need to be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

How to Redeem Your E-Gift Card
We’ve recently upgraded to a better booking system to offer you a more convenient, easy, and seamless experience. Redeeming your e-gift card is simple with our new system! Just follow these steps:

1.Click "Book Now" :Start by clicking the “Book Now” button above to begin your booking. Complete Your Details. Fill in all required personal information and booking details.

2.Select Your Service: Choose the service you’d like to book from the available options. Enter Your Code: In the Appointment Notes section, enter your unique e-gift card code.

3.Submit Your Booking: Once everything is filled in, submit your booking request. The system will process your appointment.

4.Receive Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with all your booking details once your appointment is successfully processed.
