  • Our clinic provides non-sexual services, to maintain respect for both clients and practitioners and establish professional boundaries.  Practitioners have the right to refuse any services to clients who take inappropriate actions both verbal and nonverbal. the client may choose to leave immediately. 

  • If you are unhappy with the massage, please let us know immediately within the first 15 minutes so we change practitioner or can refund you. If over the period of 15 mins, we cannot refund in any circumstances.

  • If you anticipate being late, kindly call the clinic; we’ll try to accommodate an extension if possible. However, due to consecutive bookings, extending sessions might not always be feasible. In such cases, the massage duration might be shortened to maintain the schedule for others.

  • In the event of a no-show and without prior cancellation at least 12 hours before the appointment, If you fail to notify us in advance for a rescheduling, it may result in restrictions on your ability to book future appointments. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a full no-show fee of full amount of your appointment will be charged. It will need to be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.

  • Notice cancellations: 12 hours advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for other clients to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 12 hours advance notice ,it may result in restrictions on your ability to book future appointment. Cancellations made within the same day of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation
    fee of $50 of the appointment cost.

Terms and Conditions of E-Gift Card

 1. Validity: E-Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
 2. Non-Refundable: Once purchased, E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.
 3. Redemption: E-Gift Cards can be redeemed for all services offered, except for cash promotions. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
 4. Online Booking: E-Gift Card redemption is available only through online booking. 
 5. Multiple Sessions: E-Gift Cards can be used across multiple sessions until the balance reaches zero. For the final session, if the remaining balance is insufficient to cover the full cost, you may pay the difference at the time of booking.
 6. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a session booked with an E-Gift Card without prior cancellation, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
 7. Rescheduling: Appointments booked with an E-Gift Card can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients.
